Our system can be used by individuals, parents, patients &/or clinic staff to book a consultation online. Should you require any assistance with the booking process, then please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Note: Bookings for Infants and Children 12 years and under require a referral and need to be assessed on an individual basis if appropriate for an appointment. Please submit your referral online or contact 0428 658 968.

Example A: As soon as you receive your referral…

Once you have a referral for your Teledermatologist consultation, you can now find out when your clinic has the same availability as us. This means that you can organise a consultation with your doctor, as soon as your receive your referral. Simply jump onto this page at the clinic & see when we have availability using the form at the bottom of this page. Match that up with the availability at the clinic & then simply schedule a consultation.

Example B: From the convenience of your home…

For patients doing direct with referral consultations or direct express consultations, you can schedule in a time when you’ll be available for your Teledermatology consultation.

Some patients may have a referral & others wont have a referral, if you do have a referral, then make sure that your referral has been sent through to our coordinator team.

Example C: I require assistance with booking my consultation…

Should you require any assistance or you have any questions about booking online, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Teledermatologist Coordinator Team - we’re happy to help! Our coordinator team can guide you from start to finish through our process & create the consultation for you.

  1. Book online by using the above form, it will ask you to complete the following steps…

  2. Select what type of consultation you want (initial or followup), then what type of delivery, Standard, Pension, Express

  3. Select your timezone

  4. Select a time when you will be available (if you’re going to be in-clinic, when your clinic is available)

  5. Provide your name & contact information. (if you don’t have a contactable phone number or email address, then please contact us to organise how we can reliably communicate with you)

  6. Provide a few extra details about your consultation request

  7. Provide your payment information & make payment for the consultation.

  8. Congratulations! You should now see a reservation has been successful created.

  9. You will automatically be emailed additional information at this step. We recommend that you “Register for an Account” as this makes follow up consultations easier to organise.
