With a GP referral

A valid GP referral entitles you to a Medicare rebate, paid to you after your consultation.

Without a referral

Without a referral there is no Medicare rebate, so the full fee applies. Most patients ask their GP for a referral first, which usually saves you money.

Plans change, and we understand. Give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Inside 24 hours, a $150 fee applies.

Bookings for children 12 and under need a GP referral and are assessed individually to make sure telehealth is right for them. Please submit the referral or call 02 4960 8277.

Book your consultation

Prepayment is required at booking. You'll need a referral for a Medicare rebate, but you can book without one.
